On Staff Update One

On Staff has received it's first update! This update fixes a number of bugs and introduces two new features.

Not Needed Today
On Staff makes it really easy to schedule your staff by providing a great interface. On of these elements is the shaded colours showing you just how much staff you have (or haven't!) scheduled for a specific day. It would start red, and eventually turn green when you had scheduled 100% of the duties.

However: sometimes you didn't want to fill a duty, which meant you had scheduled 100% - but On Staff wouldn't know it.

We've introduced a new button called "Not Needed Today". Simply schedule this onto any duty if it's, well, not needed! On Staff will blank out this position, and count it towards your total.

Now you get green, all the time!

User Levels
A new level of accounts for each user has been introduced to help you keep scheduling hassles to a minimum. On Staff is great for multiple locations, but sometimes - you want a person to be given the power to schedule staff, but only for containers they are members of.

Now you can assign a user level of "Container Only" that will give administrative access to the user, allowing them to schedule and edit staff - but only the staff that are in the same containers.

This user level also prevents them from seeing wages, reports and making any modifications to your overall On Staff account.
